Summary

Join VGW's Engineering team in Poland as a Staff Infrastructure Engineer and play a critical role in providing technical leadership and guiding infrastructure product teams. Ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting future growth. This hybrid position can be based in Krakow or performed remotely from anywhere in Poland. Requirements

• Proven experience with AWS or other cloud-based architectures
• Familiarity with DynamoDB or related databases
• Experience with Kafka for streaming services
• Ability to design and optimize systems for scalability and performance
• Ability to implement, coach and share their strong understanding of application architecture
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
