Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing for web and mobile applications
• 4+ years in the UI/UX Accessibility design space
• Experience in understanding and delivering accessible UX/UI at scale. Experience in social or consumer-facing products is a plus
• Comfort with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations
• Strong communication skills while working closely with partners across the company
• Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product

Responsibilities

• Fully own accessibility across the entire company acting as the cross-functional expert driving the initiative
• Design and help develop accessible strategies, components, patterns, and best-practices in partnership with our Design Systems and Accessibility team ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Serve as the primary accessibility expert and advocate, providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
• Working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to integrate accessibility from the ground up
• Lead the design and development of green-field a11y features ensuring that all digital products are usable by people with diverse abilities
• Advocate for users with disabilities by incorporating their feedback and needs into the design and development process
