Requirements
- Someone with a passion for construction tech
- You spent 3+ years at a contractor, or construction firm prior to transitioning to a Product Management role at a tech company where you spent 3+ years building B2B software. OR You have 6+ years of experience working at B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3 years working on solutions focussed on the construction industry
- Familiarity with construction project management and subcontractor engagement
- Mission driven individuals, who are motivated by complex challenges
- Experience in a technical environment, basic SQL skills, and proficiency with analytics tools
- MBA with experience in B2B Software products, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related technical field
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision and roadmap for our Project Management domain, working closely with a team of engineers, designers, QA, and data engineers for execution
- Engage with customers of various types and sizes to understand their needs and validate solutions
- Help our customers run a strong business by streamlining their project workflows, providing insights to avoid slippage and delays, forecasting labor needs, providing accurate financials, enabling collaboration internally as well as with GCs and Customers
- Challenge traditional approaches and conceptualize cutting edge solutions with AI and ML
- Work closely with other Product Managers, Customer Success, and Sales team members to understand priorities and align the roadmap with business objectives
- Communicate priorities and feature releases company wide for visibility. Work directly with early adopter customers for Beta Testing and feedback, and work closely with the Customer Success team for wider rollouts
- Own CSAT and feature adoption KPIs, as well as KPIs that measure efficiency gained for our customers
Preferred Qualifications
- You have experience in and around the speciality contractor or construction world
- You have experience with products that field service and external communication features through Email and SMS
- Knowledge of Accounting concepts and systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Slack, Confluence
