Responsibilities

• Deliver on cutting-edge, user-centric solutions that optimize residential construction workflows
• Gather technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Define and communicate a comprehensive vision for improving the fully connected homebuilding platform
• Make hard, high-stakes trade-offs between features
• Identify product gaps and gather product requirements through internal research, market research, customer research, and data analysis
• Develop and maintain product specifications, user stories, and use cases to guide the development team in building the product

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience or passion for residential construction workflows and methodologies
• Previous experience working in a startup environment
• Experience with applying AI/ML techniques to solve real-world problems
