Requirements

  • Proven track record in product management, delivering high-impact data-driven solutions
  • Deep understanding of data products, AI/ML systems, and their applications in solving complex problems
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights for product decisions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and design
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of one or more data products, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and design, to translate complex problems into impactful data products and tools
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps for data initiatives, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs
  • Deep dive into execution, synthesize inputs and facilitate decision-making to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Analyze industry trends, benchmarks, and customer insights to identify opportunities and ensure our data products remain innovative and competitive
  • Set measurable objectives (OKRs) for your product and ensure consistent progress through clear planning and execution frameworks
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to anticipate needs, validate hypotheses, and scale data-driven solutions efficiently
  • Contribute to fostering a data-driven culture across the organization by sharing insights, defining best practices, and mentoring peers
  • Continuously explore ways to improve team productivity, collaboration, and product outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience in data retrieval and aggregation products
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Your background includes roles in highly analytical positions, such as data science, analytics, or strategy consulting
  • You have a strong grasp of design thinking and user-centered design principles
  • You bring innovative ideas to improve data product experiences and usability
