Summary

Join Workato, a leader in enterprise orchestration, as a Staff Product Manager and shape the product strategy and roadmap for the Workato Orchestrate Platform. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with SaaS products
  • Subject matter expertise with Application Integration, Data Integration, Workflow Automation and other similar technologies
  • Track record of delivering excellent user experience
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and comfortably present at various industry events
  • Well-versed in gathering insights and identifying trends from data (customer interaction, qualitative and quantitative analysis, etc)
  • Hands-on experience building products in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Shape the product strategy and roadmap for Workato Orchestrate Platform
  • Understand the users, market, and competition
  • Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders
  • Drive the product life cycle - ideation, design, prioritization, delivery, and adoption
  • Bring teams together to define and implement product features
  • Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders
  • Define key metrics and measure the performance of features
  • Work in distributed teams with different time zones (US, EU, India, Singapore, Australia)
