Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 5-7 years of experience in QA, with expertise in automated and manual testing across multiple platforms (mobile, cloud, hardware, AI)
• Strong experience with QA tools, automation frameworks, and agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated test scripts using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or similar
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or Typescript)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how QA integrates into the development lifecycle
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Passion for quality, attention to detail, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple technologies (mobile, cloud, AI, hardware)
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to understand requirements and define testing needs
• Lead hands-on testing efforts, including test planning, execution, and reporting, to ensure thorough test coverage and high-quality products
• Design and implement automation frameworks and tools to improve test efficiency and effectiveness
• Perform manual and automated testing for new features, performance, security, and regression
• Monitor and improve QA processes and methodologies to ensure continuous quality improvement
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall product quality and testability
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to the development team
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA
