Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, specializing in front-end and back-end testing
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with MySQL databases and SQL queries
• Skilled in automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, and Playwright, and adept at working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Familiarity with TestRail or similar test management tools
• Strong grasp of testing principles and strategies
• Exceptional communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a remote, distributed team
• Passion for learning and sharing knowledge to elevate the entire team
• Intellectual curiosity with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for DocketWise and CasePEER products, focusing on both front-end and back-end quality
• Collaborate with Security and Performance QE to ensure security and performance testing are integrated at every stage of development
• Partner with the SDET team to prioritize and expand test automation efforts, ensuring tests are seamlessly integrated into the CI/CD pipeline
• Use TestRail to manage manual testing efforts, track progress, and provide meaningful insights into testing metrics
• Conduct regular test plan reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in testing goals
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance the test framework for new UI/UX testing needs
• Drive process improvements during retrospectives, aligning testing practices with (or exceeding) industry best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a global team, ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources to succeed
• Communicate effectively with product managers, developers, and Senior Engineering Leadership to align quality initiatives with business objectives
