Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in security engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- Deep understanding of cloud security architecture, security protocols, cryptography, and authentication mechanisms
- Expertise in secure coding practices and experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO) and regulations (e.g. GDPR)
- Experience building a mature security operations program
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, and log analysis
- Experience developing tools to optimize and automate security processes and responses
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams on security initiatives
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust security controls and measures to protect sensitive data and critical infrastructure
- Conduct system security and vulnerability analyses, providing recommendations to mitigate identified risks
- Lead security design reviews, code audits, and threat modeling for new and existing features of our CMMS software and other company applications, products, and integrations
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security threats and incidents across systems and networks
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle
- Automate security measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of security operations
- Educate and train staff on security awareness and best practices to foster a security conscious culture within the company
- Stay up to date with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors to proactively enhance our security posture

- $175,000 - $235,000; New hires are typically hired at a salary between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range, depending on experience and internal equity
