Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years in a technical leadership role
• Proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-facing technical projects by shaping architecture with intention and care, guiding meaningful milestones, and staying closely involved in coding, debugging, and maintaining healthy systems
• A strong history of blending quantitative insight and human-centred understanding to thoughtfully guide prioritization and decisions that truly resonate
• Proficient in one or more languages/frameworks such as Ruby/Rails, Python, React, HAML, and JavaScript/Typescript
• Experienced in SaaS and data architecture, with a thoughtful approach to building scalable, secure systems that support seamless user experiences and long-term maintainability
• Adept in nurturing technical teams through supportive leadership. Mentoring with care, empowering others to grow, and creating space for developers to thrive and do their best work
• Known for bringing clarity and approachability to complex topics by building strong, respectful connections across a range of audiences, from non-technical leaders to deeply technical teammates
