Remote Staff Software Engineer

Summary

The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for building, enhancing, and refactoring systems at NinjaHoldings, working closely with the team to design and implement features. The candidate should have 10+ years of professional experience as a senior software engineer for non-trivial web applications and 10+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.

Responsibilities

• Build new systems, enhance and refactor existing systems, integrate with external systems, and perform performance projects
• Work with the team to design and implement features, have input on roadmaps, and bring prior experience to ensure a world-class product

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience using SQL to investigate non-trivial issues or to create complex reporting
• Prior FinTech experience
