Staff Technical Architect

Summary

Requirements

• 9+ years of fullstack development experience with a recent focus on React, NextJS, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable, high-performance systems
• Hands-on experience with blockchain/Web3 technologies and their integration into larger systems
• Strong DevOps experience, including setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical discussions and driving alignment across engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Previous experience in a staff or principal engineer role
• Demonstrated clear indicators of strong EQ and compassionate camaraderie when working with teams

Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure systems
• Provide guidance and lead-by-example on integrating blockchain/Web3 technologies
• Hands-On Development: Contribute to the development of key features and conduct code reviews
• Lead initiatives to scale existing systems, addressing performance bottlenecks
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and identify opportunities for innovation
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
