Summary

Join Sia Partners in Milan as a stage intern for 6 months in the Banking BU, working on innovation projects for banking and financial clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Banking Sciences, Management, Financial Intermediaries, or Industrial Engineering
• Excellent English language skills; complete proficiency in French is a plus
• Complete proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Program and project management based on industry standards and proprietary methodologies
• Design of processes through business process management (BPMN, EPC, swimlane, RACI, etc.)
• Definition of business requirements, design of operational and service models
