Eppo offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $220,000-$265,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Combine subject-matter expertise in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference to help Eppo build state-of-the-art methodology
- Bring innovation to production through software engineering know-how; collaborate with the engineering team to bring proposals to life
- Make a difference for practitioners by understanding their problems, solving them, and building tools that empower a wide variety of users
- Implement probabilistic techniques into reusable statistical libraries, including bootstrapping, statistical tests, and ML models/regressions
- Build data engineering pipelines to gather the necessary data inputs (sufficient statistics) for statistical techniques
- Architect APIs that enable other engineers to incorporate statistical techniques in front-end interfaces
Preferred Qualifications
Have a background as a statistician who loves to code or an engineer who loves statistics (broadly understood; background may be in data science, machine learning, quantitative social science, or any field using statistics)
