Requirements

  • Strategic Account Management or Enterprise Relationship Management experience
  • Proven success managing high-value, complex global accounts
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication
  • Ability to identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving mindset
  • Skilled in building long-term partnerships and delivering consultative value
  • Comfortable owning pipeline, forecasting accurately, and meeting revenue targets
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a pod-selling model
  • Confident presenting insights and QBRs to C-level stakeholders
  • High self-motivation, ownership, and ability to thrive in a fully remote setup

Responsibilities

  • Act as the executive owner of a portfolio of Remote’s most strategic global accounts, with full accountability for revenue growth, retention, and client success
  • Develop and execute long-term, transformative account strategies that align client objectives with Remote’s global capabilities
  • Lead multi-threaded relationships across client organizations, building influence with C-level stakeholders and functional leaders
  • Serve as a senior strategic advisor on global HR trends, workforce planning, compliance, and market expansion
  • Drive complex upsell and expansion motions, identifying and delivering high-impact solutions across products and regions
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Success, Product, Legal, and Operations to solve client challenges and unlock growth
  • Deliver executive-level QBRs, strategy reviews, and thought leadership that elevate Remote’s position as a trusted long-term partner
  • Bring market intelligence and client insights back into the business to shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmap
  • Build internal influence by mentoring peers, contributing to strategic initiatives, and raising the bar on account excellence
  • Take a data-driven, proactive approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity development to consistently exceed targets
