The position requires 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or consulting with large enterprise clients. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Consulting leading large enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of account planning, leveraging ecosystems, and building relationships with C-level and senior executives
  • Proven ability to retain long-term accounts while driving incremental growth

Responsibilities

  • Access and Influence Decision-Makers: Give key decision-makers a reason to engage with us and use that access to ensure Bloomreach is a core component of their future plans
  • Understand Client Business in Detail: Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s structure, performance, market conditions, opportunities, and risks
  • Serve as an Industry Thought Leader: Articulate “what’s next” in the customer’s industry and craft a plan to help them achieve it using Bloomreach
  • Go Beyond Technology: Support the customer in establishing new structures and ways of working that enable them to fully leverage Bloomreach’s capabilities
  • Retention and Growth Focus: Recognise competitive risks associated with long-term accounts and prioritize retention activities while identifying and unlocking growth opportunities
  • Own Key Account Relationships: Take full ownership of a portfolio of key existing accounts, ensuring sustained growth, strong retention, and successful renewals
  • Contract Renewal & Negotiation: Ensure timely renegotiations of contracts during renewal periods, securing favorable terms that align with both client needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate Internally: Partner with teams across Customer Success, Technical Services, Business Services, and Support to deliver seamless customer outcomes
