  • Expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possess an attention to detail to produce accurate work
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, a related field or equivalent directly related work
  • 2+ years experience in Investment Banking
  • Extensive experience with Excel-based advanced financial modeling and confidence with creating customizable customer valuation models

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the company’s long-range planning model
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update the company's strategic plan
  • Support Investor Relations function by creating succinct analysis and messaging
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for equity and debt financing activities
  • Analyze capital structure, financing options, and cost of capital to support strategic financing decisions
  • Assist in preparing materials for capital raising and other strategic financial transactions. Work with leadership on capital raising efforts
  • Work in conjunction with the commercial organization to conduct scenario analysis for pricing and business models to evaluate the financial impact of pricing decisions and optimize value creation
  • Monitor pricing trends and provide recommendations to optimize pricing and profitability
  • Create financial models, PowerPoint presentations, and data visualization as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical Device, BioPharma or other Healthcare Technology client experience is preferred
  • MBA is a plus; CPA/CMA is a plus

Benefits

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $75,000 - $120,000, cash bonus, and stock options
