Requirements

- 2-4 years of professional experience
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Collaborate with team members to define project scope, perform cost-benefit analyses, manage risks, and monitor progress to meet timelines and objectives
- Project Leadership and Implementation: Support projects for new processes, systems, and data migrations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deliverables
- Special Projects: Support company-wide strategic objectives through financial assessment, corporate development, prioritization and partnership activities
- Consultant and Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with consultants and vendors to align contributions with project objectives
- System and Process Testing and Documentation: Participate in testing and documenting new systems and processes
- Training and Change Management: Facilitate training, manage system/process deployment, and monitor effectiveness and adoption
- Security and Compliance: Conduct system security reviews and coordinate with IT to ensure compliance with data protection standards
- Financial Modeling and Analytics: Familiarity with financial models such as forecasting, budgeting, valuation, scenario analysis, and P&L statements
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and optimize new systems and processes to meet evolving business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Big4, management consulting firm, or has served as the strategic business partner to the C-level suit of their organization
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership
- Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the broader business and financial landscape
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and leading organizational transformation practices
- Previous experience in real estate or private equity a plus
