Requirements

  • Master degree
  • Native German language, English fluent
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow our presence in a new market, demonstrating autonomy
  • Naturally curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key strategic partnerships with leading integration providers and channel partners to expand Aircall's market presence and drive revenue growth
  • Nurture relationships with partners, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes
  • Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms)
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircallโ€™s market presence in France, Italy and Middle East regions
  • Leverage consultative selling techniques to drive sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Work closely with other GTM teams, and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership management and to drive joint initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships using KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with Aircallโ€™s goals and objectives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dutch would be a plus
  • A previous experience in the Hubspot, Salesforce or Zendesk ecosystem will be a plus
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor , compassion, and enthusiasm
