Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving project goals
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent
• Proven ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders
• Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and team members
• Facilitate clear communication of project goals, expectations, and updates
• Promote a collaborative environment and address any team challenges or conflicts effectively
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
• Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and adapts to changes seamlessly
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Address and resolve project issues promptly to minimize disruption
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status updates, and deliverables
• Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and management

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certifications
• Working in cross-functional or distributed teams
• Exposure to industries such as IT, software development, or engineering
