Strategy Associate

Summary

The job is a digital transformation role in Sinarmas Financial Services' Digital Factory, involving strategy document production, financial modeling, collaboration with senior management, research initiative framing, and budget management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or deals advisory
• Degree in business or related field, preferred
• Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills
• The ability to collect and analyze data, assess problems and structure solutions
• Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and be persuasive when necessary
• Strong time management and the ability to stick to tight deadlines
• Self-awareness and ability to assess personal performance

Responsibilities

• Produce and present strategy documents to Business Unit C-suite and Group Board Members
• Model and quantify business opportunity and economics
• Work closely with Business Unit senior management in crafting corporate strategy
• Frame and co-create research initiatives with the Strategy and Digital Office’s business intelligence and research team
• Manage Product and Engineering budgets and timelines for key digital strategy initiatives
