Strategy Consultant

Summary

Join Flip as a Strategy Consultant / Value Engineer and be at the forefront of driving workforce and HR transformation for enterprise customers. Work closely with go-to-market teams, lead strategic discussions, identify high-value use cases, and ensure the success of Flip Consulting Services. Your role will be crucial in demonstrating the business impact of Flip. Analyze the status quo of HR, operations, communication, and digitalization within enterprise organizations, engage key stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor. Build strong relationships with decision-makers, manage pre-projects, and provide feedback to R&D teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a strategy or management consulting role within a leading consultancy firm or a Value Engineering role in a enterprise B2B SaaS company
• A proven track record of engaging with VP and C-Level executives of large enterprises
• A strategic mindset and a highly structured approach to project management
• A hands-on mentality with a strong focus on execution and delivering results
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant business tools
• Fluency in both German and English

Responsibilities

• Analyze the status quo of HR, operations, communication, and digitalization within enterprise organizations
• Identify high-value use cases and develop tailored solution concepts
• Engage, manage, and convince key stakeholders, including C-level executives, of the added value of digitalized frontline workforces
• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers (15,000+ employees), guiding them through their transformation journey
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within large organizations
• Independently manage and execute pre-projects, shaping the foundation for a professional service function within Flip
• Provide valuable feedback to our R&D teams to improve the Flip app based on customer needs and insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the SaaS industry and a strong affinity for technology
• Background in high-growth startups or scaling companies
• Additional language skills
