Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in outsource / subcontractor management – Must
  • A in financial fields such as – Economics, Finance, Accounting, business administration. - Must
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Must
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, charts) – Must
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English- a Must
  • Commitment to maintaining data accuracy
  • High attention to details
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Extensive familiarity in visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker or Tableau
  • Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven analysis
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to high-level management and C-level executives
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating problems, approaches, and solutions clearly and concisely
  • Ability to build and maintain ongoing strong relationships with vendors and different stakeholders
  • Proactive, assertive, independent, and creative
  • Demonstrates credibility and responsibility and takes ownership of tasks
  • Self-learning ability to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills

Responsibilities

  • Managing and Tracking the Annual Budget: Responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring that the annual budget is managed effectively
  • Negotiating OS Contracts: Lead along with purchasing
  • Approving OS Contracts
  • Approving OS Invoices: Review and authorize payments for invoices related to outsourcing services, ensuring they match contractual agreements and are within the set budget
  • OS Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with outsourcing activities, and develop strategies to mitigate or manage them, ensuring compliance and minimizing business impact
  • OS Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with outsourcing vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and long-term partnerships that align with business goals
  • Identify and Select Outsource Vendors
  • Outsource Performance Management
  • Annual Business Review
  • Outsource Vendor Site Visits – Commercial & Business
  • Performance Feedback and Continuous Improvement
  • Business Continuity and Line of Business (LOB) Adjustments

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in SQL to gather, aggregate, and manipulate large datasets effectively
