Summary

DyFlex Solutions is seeking a mid-career SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to provide HR guidance, develop configuration solutions, collaborate on implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and perform quality assurance and testing. The position requires at least 7 years of SAP implementation experience in SF, experience with provisioning systems, platform configurations, and the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite. Additional skills include professional presentation and communication skills, and experience working in HR is beneficial.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of SAP implementation experience in SF
• Experience in provisioning systems, performing refreshes, platform configurations
• Experience with configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite
• Experience with the integration into employee central
• Driving the development of systems specifications
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)

Responsibilities

• Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients’ processes by analysing technical requirements and developing effective configuration solutions
• Develop solution architectures and design documents that align with client needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems
• Perform quality assurance and testing on solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and are operating effectively
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process
• Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritise gaps and design the implementation timeline
• Build prototypes: implement the solution and test environment
• Define the testing approach, development of test scripts, execution of test scripts, gaps recording and resolution
• Finalise configuration: migrate the solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut-over activities
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team, especially junior team members, and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Package Configuration Manager would be an additional plus
• Additional plus, experience working in HR and be able to showcase Business Process Knowledge
