Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student who has participated in the STARS Design-track program or other Semiconductor-focused coursework at Purdue University
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills in area of study
  • Interest in flash memory, semiconductor, components, or nonvolatile memory industry
  • Interest in electronics and/or analog and digital circuitry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of and/or exposure to AI/ML tools and concepts
  • Experience using programming languages: C/C++, Python, Perl

Responsibilities

  • Gain valuable experience in the development, productization, and testing of cutting-edge flash memory technology
  • Create an AI chatbot to enable more efficient development of flash memory devices
  • Work on silicon evaluation and signal analysis, RTL design and verification and transistor level circuit design and verification
  • Build custom digital blocks and develop automation scripts in verification environment
  • Work on custom analog circuit design and verification
