Superannuation Administrator

Summary

Join GROW Inc, an Australian FinTech company disrupting the wealth management industry with Distributed Ledger Technology. We're seeking a Superannuation Administrator to process assigned work accurately and provide support to team members.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a similar superannuation administrator role within the Money In, Money Out, Pensions, Insurance. and/or Data Support/Annual Review space

Responsibilities

• Process all assigned work within the contracted SLA
• Ensure all work is completed accurately without errors (either processing or peer review)
• Identify areas which impact your ability to meet accuracy and SLA commitments
• Provide support to your team members to ensure we achieve our targeted SLA performance as a team
• Advocate opportunities for continuous improvement working with your Stream Lead & Operations Support specialists to identify risks and defects relating to existing solutions to optimise operational efficiency and service excellence
• Ensure all risks and incidents identified are raised immediately with your Stream Lead or Leader, including supporting any root cause (to reduce further risk) and active participation in the rectification process
