Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in sales, account management, or related role
  • 5+ years solar PV and storage adaptive home technology solutions
  • Proven experience in managing teams and driving performance
  • Strong understanding of solar energy industry and sales processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills; including Microsoft, Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Project Leads responsible for tracking project progress and facilitating communication between originators and installers
  • Oversee the entire project pipeline, from initiation to completion, to ensure timely progress and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor key metrics, such as installation goals and revenue generation, to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Analyze project delays and bottlenecks to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to accelerate project completion
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times
  • Generate regular reports on project status, performance metrics, and key insights to inform management and drive decision-making
  • Identify and develop tools and resources to enhance team efficiency and improve project tracking capabilities
  • Conduct weekly pipeline calls with originators and installers to review project status, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of routine use of Excel for analysis and graphically communicating insights regarding data
  • 2+ years’ Salesforce software experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of solar industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
