Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, including a base salary range of $95,000-$152,000 USD, plus additional cash compensation, equity, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in forecasting and purchasing in a high growth environment
  • Spreadsheet skills; extensive experience building planning and or operational models, analyzing large data sets, and collating data from multiple sources
  • Excellent communication skills; experience presenting complex data to executive stakeholders; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to all levels of management
  • Ability to think creatively and critically, and thrive in a dynamic and often ambiguous work environment

Responsibilities

  • Participates in weekly supply planning reviews by region by supplier by SKU with Supply Planning Managers to develop and implement contingency plans as needed to mitigate impacts to Toast customers
  • Updates weekly open PO report and monitors expected receipt dates based on real time Logistics inputs
  • Manages Supply Demand Planning master assortment file and ensures updates are completed monthly
  • Reviews and aligns with Supply Planning Managers on new monthly PO needs
  • Responsible for accurate PO upload with latest costs from suppliers in NetSuite and Zip
  • Monitors PO approvals with proactive follow up to approvers as needed
  • Updates PO approval matrix as needed
  • Communicates approved POs to suppliers via email
  • Responsible for off cycle updates to POs in NetSuite
  • Approves and validates all invoices in Zip related to Hardware POs
  • Sends and updates Accounting team and updates monthly liability report with open POs data
  • Responsible for quarterly
  • Help prepare data and reports for monthly S&OP meeting, as well as any additional ad hoc requests from cross-functional departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior planning experience in consumer electronics or other high-value consumer goods
  • Netsuite experience
  • Strong interest in propagating analytics and data-driven decision making at a fast growing company
  • Some experience with querying relational databases and/or working with BI tools
  • Experience with Javascript
