Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a Supply Chain/Operations related role
  • Bachelor’s degree or about to graduate n Business, Supply Chain, Food engineering, or other related
  • Strong Inventory Management & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers
  • Intermediate/advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus!
  • Since our HQ is located in NYC, an excellent level of English is required

Responsibilities

  • Get data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets
  • Prepare Inventory variance report to identify deviations from Theoretical vs Physical on time before the day ends
  • Own Ordering Process. Support and Execution of the Purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery
  • Monitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate it proactively to Supply Chain team
  • Coordinate with Kitchen Managers/Marketplace Managers to ensure the product is received and stored correctly
  • Track shortages with Receiving reports daily, and action consequently
  • Assist with the Distribution Process
