Summary

Join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator and play a key role in supporting both Retail and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations. You will work closely with the Customer Operations Manager and Operations team to execute outbound fulfillment for DTC and B2B business. Responsibilities include managing inventory, system updates, production planning, and general reporting to ensure efficient meeting of Retail and DTC demand. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), troubleshoot order issues, and collaborate with other teams to improve fulfillment processes. This position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in supporting manufacturing operations with supply chain coordination. The role offers a hybrid work environment in Boulder, CO.

  • Proven track record in supporting manufacturing operations with supply chain coordination

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the on-time delivery of all orders, both DTC and B2B
  • Identifying and resolving any issues with orders from creation to submission, to fulfillment, to delivery
  • Tracking routings and fulfillment of B2B business and working with our 3PL/Sunday Retail team to resolve any issues
  • Owning any customer outreach or follow up on order issues or inquiries
  • Tracking and reporting on defects - working cross-functionally to help resolve any issues
  • Owning and improving shipping processes
  • Identifying any issues with delivery and bringing these to resolution that best support our customers
  • Conducting Ad hoc analysis to understand and improve customer experience related processes and business outcomes
  • Works directly with the Retail Replenishment Manager in order to resolve any B2B order issues
  • Planning, releasing, and maintaining production orders to ensure delivery performance and optimized inventory levels
  • Communicating, coordinating, and following up on material shortages and exceptions
  • Develop monthly transportation analytics reports
  • Owning monthly sustainability reporting
  • Coordinating with data team to increase automation in our sustainability reporting data processes
  • Running daily, weekly, and monthly reports needed to support the supply chain team
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
