Supply Chain Intern

Summary

The Supply Chain Intern will be responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting, supply chain process improvement, and communication with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is an undergraduate or graduate student majoring in logistics management, supply chain management, data science, statistics, or related fields, fluent in German and English, familiar with Excel, SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate students, majors are not limited, but logistics management, supply chain management, data science, statistics and other related majors are preferred
• Business fluent in German and English
• Familiar with Excel, with certain data processing and analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Data collection and collation: Collect supply chain-related data, organize and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Supply Chain Optimization: Participate in supply chain process improvement projects and provide data support and recommendations
• Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate delivery and effective use of data. Communicate regularly with suppliers and logistics partners to collect and update data

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL, R, Python and other data analysis tools is preferred
• Good data sensitivity to be able to spot anomalies and trends in the data
