Summary

The job is for an Engineering Intern in the Manufacturing team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions' Minnetonka plant. The intern will work with a Production Engineer on process improvement tasks and gain exposure to the manufacturing realm.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with an Engineering focus
• Completed at least sophomore-level classes at the time of the internship
• GPA greater than 3.0

Responsibilities

• Work with a Production Engineer on the team, tackle various process improvement tasks on the production floor
• Create visual work instructions for the assembly technicians to provide direction and clarify task expectations
• Brainstorm with the production engineer on other ways you could bring process improvement ideas to the production floor

• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
• A desire for process improvement/ desire to learn
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal + team building skills
• Strong oral + written communication skills
