Requirements

  • Be an enrolled student (m/w/d) in economics, business engineering, logistics, or a similar field
  • Work extremely result-oriented and be passionate about learning new things
  • Feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Have outstanding analytical skills and enjoy working with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Show initiative, curiosity, and flexibility
  • Be available for at least 16 hours/week for 12 months or longer
  • Have very good German language skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of smaller projects in Supply Chain Management
  • Create and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take over supplier reporting
  • Take care of master data management and maintenance to ensure smooth process execution
  • Support purchasing in material procurement and disposition, as well as ad-hoc reorders for construction sites
  • Initiate returns and pickups for damaged goods and overstock
  • Communicate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and pickups
  • Support the development of purchasing and logistics processes and continuously improve them
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Durchführung kleinerer Projekte im Bereich Supply Chain Management
  • Du erstellst und entwickelst Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) und übernimmst das Lieferanten-Reporting
  • Du übernimmst die Stammdatenanlage und -pflege zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Prozessabwicklung
  • Du unterstützt den Einkauf bei der Materialbeschaffung und Disposition sowie bei Adhoc-Nachbestellungen für Baustellen
  • Du veranlasst Retouren und Abholungen bei beschädigter Ware und Überbeständen
  • Du kommunizierst mit Lieferanten zur Koordination von Lieferungen und Abholungen
  • Du unterstützt im Aufbau von Einkaufs- und Logistikprozesse und verbesserst diese kontinuierlich
  • Du überwachst und optimierst Lagerbestände.

Dein Background:

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Logistik oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs
  • Du arbeitest äußerst ergebnisorientiert und bist leidenschaftlich daran interessiert, Neues zu lernen
  • Du fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld sehr wohl
  • Deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sind ausgeprägt und du kannst dich auf allen Hierarchieebenen gut verständigen
  • Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten sind hervorragend und du brennst für die Arbeit mit Excel / Google Sheets
  • Eigeninitiative, Neugier und Flexibilität zeichnen dich aus
  • Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich, bist aber auch ein echter Teamplayer
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office werden vorausgesetzt.
  • Du bist für mindestens 16h/Woche über 12 Monate oder länger verfügbar
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit
