Requirements

• Be an enrolled student (m/w/d) in economics, business engineering, logistics, or a similar field
• Work extremely result-oriented and be passionate about learning new things
• Feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels
• Have outstanding analytical skills and enjoy working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Show initiative, curiosity, and flexibility
• Be available for at least 16 hours/week for 12 months or longer
• Have very good German language skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of smaller projects in Supply Chain Management
• Create and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take over supplier reporting
• Take care of master data management and maintenance to ensure smooth process execution
• Support purchasing in material procurement and disposition, as well as ad-hoc reorders for construction sites
• Initiate returns and pickups for damaged goods and overstock
• Communicate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and pickups
• Support the development of purchasing and logistics processes and continuously improve them
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels
