Supply Chain Manager

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations by managing supplier coordination, production schedules, FDA compliance, inventory, and logistics. You will be responsible for efficient supply chain management, from sourcing to inventory, and will collaborate with the Logistics Manager. Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management for e-commerce (Amazon and Shopify experience preferred)
• Strong sourcing and vendor management skills, especially within the supplements industry
• Familiarity with FDA compliance, COA testing, and logistics for international shipments
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier coordination and production schedules
• Ensure FDA compliance and manage batch records
• Handle inventory management, track stock levels, and generate reports
• Coordinate shipments and oversee logistics operations
• Collaborate with the Logistics Manager on any issues or delays

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with supplement production
• Knowledge of ShipStation
• Familiarity with U.S. domestic couriers
