Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management for e-commerce (Amazon and Shopify experience preferred)
• Strong sourcing and vendor management skills, especially within the supplements industry
• Familiarity with FDA compliance, COA testing, and logistics for international shipments
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier coordination and production schedules
• Ensure FDA compliance and manage batch records
• Handle inventory management, track stock levels, and generate reports
• Coordinate shipments and oversee logistics operations
• Collaborate with the Logistics Manager on any issues or delays

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with supplement production
• Knowledge of ShipStation
• Familiarity with U.S. domestic couriers
