The internship runs through February 2024, with a possible extension. You'll work with the Systems and Technology Team, contributing to a global organization impacting over 80,000 teens. Ideal candidates are independent, hardworking, and eager to learn. The role involves data analysis, survey management, and creating engaging presentations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization
• High level proficiency with PCs and Microsoft OS
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work 12 – 19 hours per week. This is a part time internship
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Design, distribute, and manage various organization and programmatic surveys
• Analyze survey findings and create clear and visually engaging presentations summarizing survey results
• Provide written summaries of key takeaways and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to refine survey questions and improve data collection strategies
