Join m360 Research as a Survey Programmer, responsible for programming market research screeners of low to medium complexity against client materials. The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the industry and is proficient in programming on M3's proprietary qualitative programming platform.

Requirements

• Minimum two years hands-on programming experience on any survey programming platform
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (IT), B. Tech (IT), M. SC (IT), Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent
• Exceptional ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills, including an ability to ‘think outside the box’

Responsibilities

• Maintain full responsibility for online survey development and related tasks
• Thorough review of client materials and preparation of queries in a timely manner
• End-to-end high-quality programming on M3’s proprietary qualitative programming platform
• Strong understanding of screener flow supported by previous programming experience on any platform
• Formulation of recommendations to ensure efficient programming and optimal data layout
• Identification and contribution to implementation of workarounds to address programming challenges
