Requirements

• Master’s degree in a sustainability-related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant consulting experience
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of direct experience in sustainability consulting
• Hands-on expertise in GHG accounting, SBTi, and ISSB standards
• In-depth knowledge of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and sustainability reporting frameworks
• Proven track record in data analysis, client reporting, and developing impactful sustainability strategies
• Ability to create and present client-facing deliverables, including presentations and methodology documentation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, and driven by a passion for sustainability
• Adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through their sustainability goals, emphasizing emissions reduction, reporting, and strategic planning
• Conduct in-depth assessments to ensure client compliance with global sustainability standards (e.g., GHGP, SBTi, ISSB)
• Prepare and present high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables to communicate insights, strategies, and outcomes
