Summary

The job is for a Sales Leadership role at DISQO, a brand experience platform. The employee will manage half the US sales team to deliver profitable growth, develop and define optimal sales force structure, and work closely with the CRO to define the go-to-market strategy for ad measurement products.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of Management experience in high technology SaaS and services (preferred Martech and Adtech ecosystem knowledge)
  • Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations
  • Successful experience managing a team of 6+ salespeople
  • Successful experience hiring and onboarding sales representatives
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate our value propositions with different types presentations
  • Experience using salesforce.com and associated sales operations and enablement tools

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration with the CRO to define the go-to-market strategy for bringing DISQO’s full suite of ad measurement products to brands, agencies and publisher clients
  • Manage ½ the US sales team to deliver profitable growth across all segments and verticals
  • Recruit, hire, onboard and develop sales team members
  • Work with leadership to develop and define optimal sales force structure for growth and sustainability
  • Develop territory and account plans and strategies for developing business and achieving DISQO’s sales goals
  • Help define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Manage the individual and team output to best practice metrics across territory segmentation, prospecting activity, pipeline building, sales execution activity and closing
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to facilitate the highest possible efficiency and positive culture attainable
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Leverage your business network to open new opportunities
  • Report plans, achievements, and challenges to the CRO

  • Proactive problem solver who can solve new problems and challenges without the solution having to be laid out for you
  • Strong ability to manage cross departmental (at prospects / customers as well as internally at DISQO) relationships and teamwork to drive mutual success
