System Architect, Quantum Networking

PsiQuantum
Summary
Join PsiQuantum's system architecture team and contribute to building the world's first fault-tolerant quantum computer. As a physicist, you will develop internal tools for designing and analyzing system architecture, collaborating with other teams and modeling networked system architecture. Your responsibilities include contributing to the quantum computing system architecture and software roadmap, maintaining graph-based models of system architectures, analyzing and optimizing the flow of classical and quantum information, profiling planned systems to derive performance metrics, and designing and developing software tools and infrastructure. This role requires a degree in Physics, a strong background in quantum information theory, experience with stabilizer states and ZX-calculus, proficiency in Python, and 3+ years of software development experience in scientific computing. The ability to collaborate effectively and a hands-on mentality are essential. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Requirements
