Requirements
- Significant experience (5+ years) as a System Engineer with a strong emphasis on MDM and endpoint management
- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency and autonomy with at least one leading MDM platform
- Comprehensive understanding of operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux) and their management
- Solid knowledge of ITIL principles and practical experience with Jira
- Familiarity with Identity Providers and access management concepts
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in both English and French
Responsibilities
- Mastering MDM and Endpoints: Take full ownership of our MDM platform (e.g., Jamf, Intune) and endpoint ecosystem, ensuring optimal configuration, robust security, and proactive maintenance. Independently tackle complex challenges and stay ahead of industry advancements
- Securing and Ensuring Compliance: Implement and enforce stringent security policies across all managed devices. Oversee patching, software deployment, and configuration management while adhering to relevant security standards and contributing to audits
- Leading and Developing the Team: Mentor, guide, and supervise two IT Engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring effective task delegation and performance
- Collaborating and Communicating Effectively: Work closely with other IT teams and business stakeholders, clearly conveying technical information. Participate in projects related to your domain and provide excellent end-user support
- Solving Problems Proactively: Utilize strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues related to endpoints and mobile devices, implementing effective and timely solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scripting for automation (e.g., Bash, Python,Shell) is a plus
