Requirements

• 0-1 Year experience
• Engineering degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Works directly with business units to solve complex application and data issues
• Develops, implements, and maintains business systems and software
• Provides front-line support to business units
• Coordinates systems upgrades and testing
• Develops and maintains application programs
• Handles customer tickets and prepares solution implementation documents
• Operates routine maintenance, testing, problem troubleshooting, software upgrade, and provides technical support
• Provides on-site support in case of major or critical problems
• Changes faulty modules on servers on-site
• Attends and leads technical meetings with the customer and vendors to discuss any issues or new change requests
• Reports top technical issues to upper management

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced level of English is required
• Knowledge in telecom industry especially in Mobile Core network, IP Network and also Linux and SQL are a plus
• Waiting candidates who are interested in Design/Install/support/maintain/repair network devices and servers such as switch, smart aggregator, data access devices
• Familiarity with server hardware and related networks
