Summary
Join Jamf as a Systems Administrator II, ServiceNow and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform. You will be an integral member of the Enterprise Applications team, assessing business needs and providing technical delivery. Administer the ServiceNow platform, improve and enhance it by gathering requirements and implementing functionality, and design scalable solutions. Work closely with an agile scrum team to refine user stories and support feature delivery. Act as a subject matter expert, manage incidents, and troubleshoot platform issues. This role requires 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, proficiency in various ServiceNow modules, hands-on experience with scripting and configuration, familiarity with ITIL, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Requirements
- 3 years or more of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, Sec Ops)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and configuration
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and its implementation in ServiceNow
- Understanding of system integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (Implementation or management of modules)
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform
- Manage the incident queue within ServiceNow and ability to proactively troubleshoot and solve issues
- Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation solutions using ServiceNow Studio and scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide)
- Direct and coordinate platform upgrades, patches, and releases, ensuring minimal downtime
- Provide training, technical support, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders to ensure effective platform usage
- Monitor and resolve system issues, incidents, and tickets in alignment with ITIL processes
- Configure and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems and tools
- Ensure platform compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
- Act as the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Providing ongoing review and creation of technical documentation
- Partner with solution architects and business analyst to support requirements refinement
- Ability to successfully manage change and navigate positively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Partner with other administrators or system owners within Jamf to support scalability and growth of enterprise platforms

- Working knowledge of Jira or similar system
- Mentor other specialists: drive and enforce standards, tools, and methodologies
- Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and constantly complete time sensitive tasks
