Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working as a systems administrator or similar IT role in a compliance-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple small projects while simultaneously adapting priorities quickly and effectively
- A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem-solving, communication skills, and the delivery of high-quality work
- Practical experience managing and supporting globally available IT infrastructure or identity services, on-site or remotely
- Experience working in a compliance-driven environment (SOC II, SOX, FEDRamp, etc)
- Experience administrating or supporting some or all of the following technologies is required:Active Directory (Azure and on-prem)Okta (or other similar IdP)User lifecycle Management best practicesFamiliarity with Single Sign-on and other authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, LDAPS, SCIM

Responsibilities
- Administer and support the day-to-day operation of all corporate directory and identity platforms, tools, and services
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong authentication policies including Single Sign On identity federation, Active Directory credential policies, conditional access rules, and Multi-Factor Authentication
- Work with HR, InfoSec and other organizations to ensure a robust approach to identity lifecycle process management; including onboarding, moves, transfers, off-boarding, role definitions, and permissions management
- Ensure strong authentication, authorization, role-based access controls (RBAC) are implemented in existing and new applications and products
- Research, develop, and lead projects to implement new features and capabilities to user account lifecycles
- Act as an escalation point for IAM team members and frontline support staff
- Collaborate with Compliance and Governance teams ensure all processes comply with organizational regulations and controls
- Participate in ongoing compliance reviews and evidence gathering where appropriate
- Work to further develop tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance automated and self-service compliance processes
- Act as a coach and mentor for members of IAM System Administrator and other IT teams
- Provide guidance, reporting, and projections on systems-related projects and future improvements to the leadership team
- Create documentation, workflows, and other supporting materials for systems topology, support, and administrative actions
- Use ITIL processes and procedures for change, incident, and problem management of all directories and related identity services and systems
- Take part in a rotation of duties maintaining our global service level agreements including at times 24x7 availability and off-hours responsibilities
- Attend formal training, conduct self-paced training through online courses or on the job training, attend conferences, and engage with peers to maintain broad understanding of technologies and keeping abreast of new technologies
- Ensure the adoption of team and company policies through the company’s Mission and Values

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with centralized logging systems such as SumoLogic, Splunk, or LogStash
- Powershell scripting experience
