Systems Analyst Trainer

Summary

Join Learnlight, an EdTech company, as a Trainer Systems Analyst working remotely full-time. Reporting to the Head of Trainer Systems, you will provide administrative support to the Trainer Success Management team, improve departmental efficiencies, monitor trainer task completion, process trainer payments, and communicate with trainers and program management. This role requires advanced English, strong communication skills, data analysis abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and the capacity to work under pressure. Requirements

• Advanced level of English
• Communication skills, including ability to have difficult conversations when needed
• Ability to process and analyse data
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Efficient in MS Office Suite and other related tools, especially in Excel

Responsibilities

• Offer administrative support to Trainer Success Management team
• Improve department’s efficiencies
• Monitor and follow up that Trainers complete their tasks in the Learnlight Platform
• Process trainers payments
• Communicate with Trainers & Program Management regarding any changes in their calendars
