Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in systems development, with a strong emphasis on ETL/ELT processes
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing ML/AI models and other data-driven solutions
• Familiarity with integrated business systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, WFM, and others

Responsibilities

• Research and Innovation: Drive innovation by researching new methodologies and technologies to enhance our system's capabilities and performance
• Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge solutions into our existing systems
• Technical Systems Development: Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL/ELT processes, ensuring efficient and accurate data integration
• Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of integrated business systems such as ERP, CRM, WFM, HRIS, and others
• Data Science & AI/ML Modeling: Harness the power of data, designing and implementing machine learning and AI models that address complex business challenges
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure models align with business objectives and drive desired outcomes
• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure the robustness and accuracy of systems and models
• Lead initiatives to continuously refine and improve our technical processes and solutions
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Share insights and findings from research initiatives with the broader team, promoting a culture of continuous learning
