As a Systems Architect, you will design technical architecture, define standards, lead secure API design, review specifications, oversee development, evaluate solutions, develop data protection architecture, create documentation, lead risk assessments, oversee testing, work with stakeholders, guide integrations, and ensure compliance. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ Years of experience working as a Systems Architect or similar position
- 2+ Years of experience working on at least 2 projects related to "civil registry," "digital identity," or similar governmental systems
- Experience with Java and Angular development languages
- Experience in designing secure integration solutions based on APIs for government interoperability and service-oriented architecture
- Experience in the implementation of data protection and privacy-by-design systems handling personal data, as well as in security architecture (ISO 27001, GDPR principles)
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases, and/or Red Hat Linux, OpenShift, and Single Sign-On technologies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (including the eIDAS framework) and the implementation of electronic signature systems and/or digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons
Responsibilities
- Design the technical architecture for new modules and integrations within the REVFA system, ensuring alignment with national digital transformation objectives and interoperability and security standards
- Define technical standards, patterns, and development methodologies to ensure security, scalability, and interoperability of all products
- Lead the design of secure APIs for the interoperability layer, ensuring compatibility with digital identification platforms and government databases
- Review and validate the technical specifications for all products to be developed, ensuring they meet requirements and follow best practices
- Oversee and guide the development team in the implementation of the technical architecture, ensuring quality and compliance with design principles
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions against business objectives
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture for the protection and security of personal data, both at rest and in transit
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the system architecture and products developed in this project, ensuring knowledge transfer to the beneficiary technical team
- Lead technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies
- Oversee system integration testing and vulnerability assessments to ensure robust and secure implementations
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Guide the integration of electronic signature and digital identity solutions
- Ensure compliance with applicable international standards and regulations, as well as European data protection and cybersecurity references
- Collaborate with the technical team of RNPN, SIP, and other institutions involved to ensure the correct understanding and implementation of the project requirements
