Requirements

  • Have 5-7 years of network support experience
  • Have 5-7 years of previous infrastructure support experience
  • Have 5-7 years of O365 support experience
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Technology (preferred)
  • Have an established track record in IT technologies (Linux/Windows Servers, Active Directory, Data Center and Client/Server Application Support)

Responsibilities

  • Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues
  • Research, resolve, and respond to internal and client issues within the scope of the NOC team’s responsibilities in a timely manner
  • Provide intermediate-level network troubleshooting and configuration (Meraki, Cisco, VPN tunnel creation, etc.)
  • Provide intermediate-level troubleshooting of Windows-based systems, i.e., Windows 10, file servers, and Windows Server platforms
  • Provide intermediate-level troubleshooting in Azure, i.e., server, storage, and networking, active directory services
  • Support O365 office productivity software, i.e., Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc
  • Provide internal IT support for sales and operations staff, including basic computer troubleshooting, phone, and email support
  • Maintain an advanced level of active directory management
  • Maintain and develop required diagrams, documentation, and procedures of Internal/Client environments
  • Update and maintain IT asset management records
  • Serve as a point of escalation for technical support issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess Microsoft Certifications or experience
  • Have experience with monitoring platforms and tools
  • Have experience with using and/or modifying JSON scripts
  • Have experience interacting with external customers
  • Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good documentation skills
  • Have the ability to accurately follow written technical work instructions
  • Be able to work in a structured environment
  • Possess strong organization, time management, and prioritizing skills
  • Possess CCNA certification
  • Possess CCNP certification
  • Possess Azure Administrator certification
