Summary

Join IntelliDyne, LLC as a Network Systems Engineer and maintain the system's environment. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure hardware and software issues, working independently and thinking critically. This role requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well independently under pressure and time constraints in a small team environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant networking/systems experience
  • 1 of the following certifications: M365E/X, VCP, CCNP, LPIC or Linux+
  • Bachelor's Degree in networking, systems engineering or similar field
  • Active Secret clearance (Top Secret preferred)
  • Experience deploying servers or embedded systems and sub-components
  • Analyze system performance and identification of risks
  • Deploy and support of virtual network infrastructures including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Server Virtualization Infrastructure
  • Develop System Design documentation
  • Windows or Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of IP networking technology
  • Knowledge of and VPN solutions
  • Strong problem solving, analytic, and communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently under pressure and time constraints, in a small team environment

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve various issues with server, network, and storage infrastructure
  • Perform build, configuration, and implementation of server infrastructure both virtual and physical
  • Take ownership of incidents and identify problem trends to improve the overall dependability of the environment and meet appropriate Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain and support production environments consisting of Microsoft Windows Server and VMWare
  • Write scripts and procedures for daily operations
  • Provide WAN/LAN/MAN support for multi-vendor environments, connectivity and configuration management, soft/firmware management
  • Provide VoIP support, including network configuration, QoS and CoS classifications
  • Provide remote access support for F5 load balancing infrastructure, to include: F5 LTM, GTM, APM and VMware Horizon Integration
