Summary
The job is for a Technical Customer Support role at ModSquad, a global provider of digital engagement services. The role involves assisting customers, solving concerns, and guiding them to optimize the use of a client's product or services. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, robust knowledge of Unreal Engine, customer support experience, Salesforce experience (or other CRMs), English fluency, and a minimum computer specification.
Requirements
- Available for at least 20 hours per week (8 of these hours are weekend mandatory)
- Very strong attention to detail
- Robust knowledge of Unreal Engine specifically; game development is a strong bonus
- QA experience
- Customer support experience
- Salesforce experience (or other CRMs)
- English fluency required (language test will be required)
Responsibilities
Assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and act as the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services
Preferred Qualifications
Any game developer history or asset creation is a plus
Benefits
- Thorough orientation and several weeks of project shadowing will be provided at full pay (both the orientation and shadowing)
- Hours: 24/7 (8 hours on weekends)
- Hourly Pay Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase
- Commitment: 20 hours per week, 90 days
