Requirements

  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work with a variety of stakeholders to scale teams across multiple departments
  • Pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Have a willingness to understand new technologies
  • Have a strong customer experience orientation (with respect to both internal hiring team members and candidates)

Responsibilities

  • Screen, evaluate, and prioritize incoming resumes and applications against job requirements to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Understand and contribute to the management of our applicant tracking system
  • Develop and maintain talent pools for future opportunities through proactive sourcing and relationship building
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and the Operations team to understand position requirements and refine job descriptions
  • Navigate rapid changes in hiring needs and priorities typical of a startup environment
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline metrics and candidate progress
  • Work with our Operations team to build recruitment processes that can scale with company growth
  • Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the initial hiring stages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, HR or other related fields or relevant work experience with development of necessary skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in the tech industry
  • Previous experience working in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of successful candidate screening and evaluation
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; particularly Greenhouse
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting

Benefits

  • $60,000 - $95,000 compensation
