Requirements
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work with a variety of stakeholders to scale teams across multiple departments
- Pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Have an eye for detail
- Have a willingness to understand new technologies
- Have a strong customer experience orientation (with respect to both internal hiring team members and candidates)
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and prioritize incoming resumes and applications against job requirements to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Understand and contribute to the management of our applicant tracking system
- Develop and maintain talent pools for future opportunities through proactive sourcing and relationship building
- Partner closely with hiring managers and the Operations team to understand position requirements and refine job descriptions
- Navigate rapid changes in hiring needs and priorities typical of a startup environment
- Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline metrics and candidate progress
- Work with our Operations team to build recruitment processes that can scale with company growth
- Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the initial hiring stages
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, HR or other related fields or relevant work experience with development of necessary skills
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in the tech industry
- Previous experience working in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven track record of successful candidate screening and evaluation
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools; particularly Greenhouse
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting
Benefits
- $60,000 - $95,000 compensation
